One-to-one · £100 per week

Work on one thing, properly.

Not every man wants a fixed twelve-session structure. Bespoke coaching is ongoing private one-to-one work, shaped around what you bring. We agree the right length together before starting.

No programme. No commitment. Same depth.

This isn't the lighter version of the twelve-week programmes. It's a different shape. You bring what's actually on your mind that week, and we work on it properly, no curriculum to get through, no sense that you're behind.

Some men use it to think out loud with someone who won't flinch or rush to fix it. Some use it to work through a specific decision. Some keep a standing monthly session because it stops things building up. All of those are reasonable uses of it.

If it becomes clear partway through that something deeper is driving it, we'll talk about that honestly, including whether one of the programmes, or something other than coaching, would serve you better.

What men bring to it

You don't need to arrive with it neatly defined. Working out what the real problem is can be the first session.

  • Relationships and how you show up in them
  • Fatherhood, separation and co-parenting
  • Work pressure, responsibility and burnout
  • Confidence, identity and self-worth
  • Boundaries and the cost of being agreeable
  • Decisions you've been circling for months
  • Anxiety and the patterns it builds into a life
  • Recovery support, wherever you are in it
  • Change you didn't choose, or change you did
  • The feeling of being stuck without a clear reason
Per week

£100

Ongoing one-to-one coaching, online. I don’t work with men for a single week or as a one-off appointment, coaching works when there is enough time and continuity to understand what is happening, work with it properly and put change into practice. We agree the right length together before starting.

If cost is the thing standing in the way, say so on the call. It's a more useful conversation than quietly deciding it isn't for you.
