What we collect
The information we hold
Enquiry information, name, email, phone and anything you choose to share when you contact us or book a discovery call.
Client records, session notes held securely and kept only as long as is necessary for ongoing work and professional obligations.
Payment data, handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
Website analytics, anonymous usage data to help us understand how the site is used.

What you can ask for
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data. Email jaymes@mendcoaching.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
