A weekend away from the noise, with men who understand
Sometimes healing asks for more space than a weekly session can offer. These retreats are a chance to step away. From demands, distractions, and the weight of holding everything together. To be in a place where you can just be.
The setting is rural Kent. Quiet. Held. Far enough from daily life that the nervous system can finally settle. Surrounded by other men who have lived versions of what you’ve lived. Held by facilitators who know this work from the inside.
Everything is invitational. Nothing is forced. The retreats use a range of trauma-aware approaches, recognising that there’s no single path through this. All activities are adaptable and held within clear boundaries.
These spaces are for men affected by childhood trauma who have already taken some steps in their healing. And are looking for deeper connection, reflection, and the experience of being with others who truly understand.
