The agreement between you and MendCoaching when you book a session, programme or place on a retreat.
Coaching scope
What coaching is, and what it isn't
MendCoaching provides trauma-informed coaching. Coaching is not therapy, counselling or medical care. It is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis please contact NHS 111 (option 2), Samaritans 116 123, or 999.
Booking & payment
Sessions and fees
Sessions are confirmed once payment is received. Grounded Conversations and packs are paid in advance. Longer programmes follow the schedule agreed during your discovery call.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled without charge. Late cancellations or missed sessions are charged in full unless agreed otherwise.
Confidentiality & safeguarding
The boundaries of confidentiality
Everything shared in sessions is treated as confidential, within the limits of UK law and professional safeguarding obligations. See the safeguarding policy for full detail.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
