What 'wellbeing' means here
Not green smoothies and gratitude lists. The boring, hard-won kind: how you sleep, who you talk to, how you handle the 2am thoughts, what you do when you're tired and angry at no one in particular.
What happens in a session
We open with a check-in, take a theme, and talk. Jaymes hosts. The pace is unhurried on purpose.
