Why the distinction matters
Different work. Different purpose.
MendCoaching is a private practice. Clients pay for one-to-one coaching and the work is shaped to them. MENd Together CIC is a community interest company. Its purpose is public benefit, bringing men together, running funded programmes, and reaching men who could never pay for private coaching.
Both are needed. They serve different moments in a man’s life. Some men move between them. We keep the names, finances and governance separate so that each can do the work it is built for, well.
