Trauma-informed coaching for men. Built around you.

Sometimes you need a space that is just for you. A place to go beneath the surface, the pressure, the patterns, the armour you’ve been wearing, and do the deeper work. Man to man. Without judgement. Without rush.

This isn’t therapy, but it is deep, honest, and supportive. Coaching is tailored to you and held within safety, choice, and respect. It’s about understanding what’s happened, noticing what’s still affecting you, and gently building a steadier way forward.

The work is shaped by lived experience, not just training. It offers a space to explore what’s beneath the surface, whether that’s anger, numbness, addictive patterns, or feeling stuck, and to start building something more grounded.

Sessions run online across the UK, or in person in Canterbury and the surrounding Kent area. The structure is consistent. The pace is yours. Twelve weeks is enough time for real work to land, while leaving space to live your life around it.
