Free Resources
Tools to help you start where you are.
No paywall. No funnel tricks. Use what's useful. Leave what isn't.
Why any of this is free
Most men arrive at this kind of work years later than they needed to, and cost is rarely the only reason. It's easier to read something quietly at midnight than to say out loud that something is wrong. So the reading, the self-checks and the worksheets sit here with nothing in front of them, no email wall on the articles, no trial that turns into a bill.
Where to start
If you don't know what you're dealing with, start with an assessment. They take a few minutes, stay private, and give you language for something you've probably only felt. If you'd rather read first, the Recovery Academy is organised by subject. Trauma, addiction, relationships, self-worth, fatherhood. If it's 2am and you just need something to hold onto, the grounding tools are the shortest route.
What these are, and aren't
None of it is a diagnosis, and none of it replaces therapy or medical care. It's reflective material written from lived experience and years of one-to-one work with men. Use what's useful. Leave what isn't. Nothing here needs finishing.
