Events & Workshops

Spaces to gather, learn and reflect.

Workshops, masterclasses and future retreats.

What these gatherings are

Most men have never sat in a room where nothing is expected of them. No fixing, no performing, no being the one who holds it together. That absence is what these events are built around, a few hours where the usual job of being fine is put down.

Workshops go deep on one thing at a time: anger and what sits underneath it, the fallout of separation, shame, sleep, the flatness that men call stress because there isn't a better word to hand. Masterclasses are more teaching-led, an hour on how trauma actually lives in the body, with time afterwards for the questions people usually swallow. Retreats, when they run, are longer and slower, and always in Kent.

How they run

Everything here is trauma-informed, which in practice means pacing, choice and no pressure to speak. You can arrive, listen, and leave without saying a word. Online sessions run on video with the option to keep your camera off. Nothing is recorded.

These are not therapy and not a crisis service. If you're in acute distress, the right support is clinical and immediate, the trust and safety page sets out how that's handled and where to go.

If nothing is scheduled

Events are put on when there's a genuine reason to, not to fill a calendar. When the list below is empty, the free resources are always there.
