Addiction recovery coach UK

Identity-level recovery coaching for men across the United Kingdom.

Why this work

What this is, in plain language

Addiction recovery for men across the UK that goes deeper than abstinence. Most rehabs and twelve-step rooms get you stopped. This work is for the longer phase — becoming the kind of man who doesn't need to start again.

How it works

What the work actually looks like

Online one-to-one sessions weekly or fortnightly. We work with what the substance or behaviour was doing for you, not just the behaviour itself. Suitable as deeper work alongside or after treatment, not in place of medical care.

Who it's for

This work is for

  • Men in recovery from alcohol, porn, gambling or compulsive behaviour
  • Men who have been through rehab or twelve-step and need the next layer
  • Men who keep relapsing despite knowing what they should do
  • Men who want recovery to mean a different life, not just a stopped one

What changes

What tends to change

  • Recovery that holds because it's rooted in identity, not willpower
  • Honest contact with what the addiction was protecting
  • A life worth being present for

Frequently asked

Common questions

Are you a replacement for treatment?

No. I work alongside medical care and twelve-step or SMART communities, not instead of them.

What you can expect

Honesty about what this is — and what it isn't.

What coaching here is

The work itself

  • A confidential one-to-one space for the things you don't say out loud.
  • Trauma-informed, body-aware, paced for nervous-system safety.
  • Practical — built around the change you actually want.
  • Held by years of work alongside men in addiction, prison, homelessness and recovery.

What it isn't

The lines I won't blur

  • Not therapy or counselling, and not a substitute for clinical care.
  • Not legal advice, and not representation in court.
  • Not a quick fix, a guru, or a programme that promises a fixed outcome.
  • Not a place where you'll be judged, shamed, or sold something you don't need.

Transparent pricing. No hidden fees, no upsells. Every option, what it includes and what it costs, is published.
