Relationship coach for men UK

Coaching for men whose relationships need real work, anywhere in the UK.

Why this work

What this is, in plain language

Most men come to relationship work too late — after the affair, after the silence, after she's already half out the door. This page is for men anywhere in the UK who want to do it earlier, or do it now, before it's terminal.

How it works

What the work actually looks like

Online one-to-one work focused on you, not couples therapy. We look at attachment, communication, repair, intimacy, and the parts of you that have been doing damage you didn't quite want to see.

Who it's for

This work is for

  • Men in a marriage or partnership that's quietly drifting
  • Men who have been told they're emotionally absent
  • Men recovering from an affair (theirs or hers)
  • Men who want to do their part of the work without waiting for her

What changes

What tends to change

  • A relationship that feels alive again
  • An honest accounting of your part
  • Skills for repair, intimacy and conflict that you didn't have before

Frequently asked

Common questions

Is this couples therapy?

No. This is one-to-one work with you. Couples therapy is a different modality and I can suggest practitioners if it's what you need.

What you can expect

Honesty about what this is — and what it isn't.

What coaching here is

The work itself

  • A confidential one-to-one space for the things you don't say out loud.
  • Trauma-informed, body-aware, paced for nervous-system safety.
  • Practical — built around the change you actually want.
  • Held by years of work alongside men in addiction, prison, homelessness and recovery.

What it isn't

The lines I won't blur

  • Not therapy or counselling, and not a substitute for clinical care.
  • Not legal advice, and not representation in court.
  • Not a quick fix, a guru, or a programme that promises a fixed outcome.
  • Not a place where you'll be judged, shamed, or sold something you don't need.

Transparent pricing. No hidden fees, no upsells. Every option, what it includes and what it costs, is published.
