Anxiety coach for men UK

Coaching for men carrying anxiety, overwhelm or the 2am loop, online across the UK.

Why this work

What this is, in plain language

Men's anxiety rarely looks like anxiety. It looks like irritation, sleeplessness, drinking, scrolling, a tight chest at 2am. This page is for men anywhere in the UK who want to meet what's underneath, not just manage the surface.

How it works

What the work actually looks like

Online one-to-one sessions. We work with the body as well as the mind — regulation, story and the younger fear the anxiety is still rehearsing.

Who it's for

This work is for

  • Men with chronic anxiety that doesn't respond to advice
  • Men who can't sleep past 2 or 3am
  • Men whose anxiety is being managed with alcohol, weed or scrolling
  • Men who want help that isn't medication-only

What changes

What tends to change

  • A nervous system that settles, properly
  • Sleep that returns
  • An honest relationship with what's been driving the alarm

Frequently asked

Common questions

Should I see my GP first?

If anxiety is severe or you're considering medication, yes. This work runs alongside medical care, not instead of it.

What you can expect

Honesty about what this is — and what it isn't.

What coaching here is

The work itself

  • A confidential one-to-one space for the things you don't say out loud.
  • Trauma-informed, body-aware, paced for nervous-system safety.
  • Practical — built around the change you actually want.
  • Held by years of work alongside men in addiction, prison, homelessness and recovery.

What it isn't

The lines I won't blur

  • Not therapy or counselling, and not a substitute for clinical care.
  • Not legal advice, and not representation in court.
  • Not a quick fix, a guru, or a programme that promises a fixed outcome.
  • Not a place where you'll be judged, shamed, or sold something you don't need.

Transparent pricing. No hidden fees, no upsells. Every option, what it includes and what it costs, is published.
