Trauma coach UK

Trauma-informed one-to-one coaching for men, online across the United Kingdom.

Why this work

What this is, in plain language

This is the national page for men anywhere in the UK who need trauma-informed coaching that doesn't require them to live near East Kent. The work is the same: paced, private, one-to-one. The format is online, which means depth without the commute.

How it works

What the work actually looks like

Free 20-minute discovery call, then weekly or fortnightly sessions delivered online. You'll need a private room, a stable connection and an hour you won't be interrupted in. That's it.

Who it's for

This work is for

  • Men anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland
  • Men who have looked locally and not found the right fit
  • Men who want trauma-informed work without a clinical pathway
  • Men who travel for work and need a coach who can move with them
  • Men who want privacy a small town can't offer

What changes

What tends to change

  • Consistent, deep work regardless of where you live
  • A nervous system that starts to trust slow
  • Words for things you've never been able to name
  • A way of living you actually recognise as yours

Frequently asked

Common questions

Do you work with men outside East Kent?

Yes. The whole one-to-one practice runs online. Men in every UK nation work with me the same way men around the corner do.

Is online coaching as effective as in-person?

For most of this work, yes — and often more so. Privacy is higher, the friction is lower, and the depth is the same.

Included with coaching

The Coaching Portal

Every client gets access to the Coaching Portal, a private space for session prep, reflections, progress and resources between our meetings.

What you can expect

Honesty about what this is — and what it isn't.

What coaching here is

The work itself

  • A confidential one-to-one space for the things you don't say out loud.
  • Trauma-informed, body-aware, paced for nervous-system safety.
  • Practical — built around the change you actually want.
  • Held by years of work alongside men in addiction, prison, homelessness and recovery.

What it isn't

The lines I won't blur

  • Not therapy or counselling, and not a substitute for clinical care.
  • Not legal advice, and not representation in court.
  • Not a quick fix, a guru, or a programme that promises a fixed outcome.
  • Not a place where you'll be judged, shamed, or sold something you don't need.

Transparent pricing. No hidden fees, no upsells. Every option, what it includes and what it costs, is published.
